Prepare the Package
Securely pack the treadmill or fitness equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger equipment.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
